Alongside content strategy and brand consultancy, Sam regularly covers the fitness and wellness industry for leading publications including British GQ, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, The Telegraph, Men’s Fitness, Coach and Fitt Insider. He’s also been known to turn his hand to live event coverage, having reported on global sporting events including the Olympics, Rugby World Cup and CrossFit Games.
Sam is also a REPS level 3 qualified personal trainer and online coach, which has enabled him to write for clients with authority and accuracy.
