ABOUT YOUR DAILY FIX

Your Daily Fix is a fitness, nutrition and lifestyle method developed with clients over several years that gives them a structured routine, sets achievable daily goals and provides a level of accountability that will kickstart healthy habits long term.

It comes from Sam Rider, a REPS level 3 PT, triathlete, rugby player and fitness journalist. Based in London, Sam has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade, learning from the world’s leading minds in strength and conditioning, nutrition, health and wellness.

ABOUT SAM

Formerly the fitness editor for Men’s Fitness magazine, Sam completed his REPS Level 3 PT qualification in 2017. He's now senior trainer at F45 Battersea Park and runs 1-2-1 and group workouts designed to provide his clients with the tools to take control of their health and fitness long-term. He believes fitness should be fun, sacrifice-free, goal-focused and enjoyed every day.

A bespoke two week challenge, called Your 14 Day Fix, made up of daily exercise, nutrition and habit-forming targets, along with regular check-ins with Sam to keep you accountable. Your 14 Day Fix is a great way to get in the groove for exercising and eating healthily.

Your 28 Day Fix can also be tailored to help you achieve a specific target, such as a faster 5K run or similar fitness goal.

THE KAIZEN PHILOSOPHY
